We are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in the early stages of our client engagement process. In this position, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, sparking interest in our debt relief solutions, and qualifying prospects for seamless handoff to our closing team. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for helping people find financial solutions. Success in this role directly contributes to the growth of our business and the success of the individuals we serve.

 

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Identify and cultivate interest in Debt Relief Services.
• Qualify leads and transfer them to the appropriate closers.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and transfer goals.
• Participate in training and feedback sessions to improve performance (10% of work time).

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred but not required.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. Base rate for position is $16.00 hourly. Role is eligible for commissions.
